Types of interactions that happen between an employee and an  internal service provider and how they can be supported by the Digital Workplace

Think of an employee that works with a manager to perform a task

Some information flows between the two in order to ensure the task will be properly completed

Maybe is the employee who must work from home, maybe the manager is sick

Yet the work must be performed, and the quality and productivity expectations remain the same

The digital workplace can perform, support, take over most of these interactions

And it can do them even better

We aim to increase productivity and compliance for each topic within the company

As a result, we have designed a user experience that contains a mix of interactions that happen at topic level

For each topic, there is a page like this one which  aggregates all relevant information and functionalities to the task at hand

3. Educate

The employee is exposed to bite sized, task specific learnings, picked-up on the fly

4. Support

When he needs support, all the required information and contacts are at hand

5. Innovate

Some of the best ideas for improvement come from the people doing the job

6. Task management

Each time the employee is required to do something related with that topic he is receiving a task visible on the homepage

The task management component allows everybody to know what is to be done and track the work progress
